Now Tillerson is holding back his, with so many billionaire candidates I am sure this is a new trend with trump. If you are afraid to share them, you must be hiding something! Also, how can the government examine conflicts of interest....

I do not understand how this guy is getting away with all this, and how people defend everything that TRUMP does so blindly!

A) You wouldn't know if they were hiding anything.

B) Your fair share is what Congress and the IRS says it is not what you feel it should be.

C) It only shows charitable contribution to the extent deducted. For example, Buffet's 2015 return showed a charitable contribution of less than one-tenth of one percent of his actual contribution.

D) Applying the tax laws and regulations consistently is what ensures people pay their fair share. If deductions are one of the rules to be applied, then the application of those rules means you are paying your fair share. That is what Congress does (you know . . . The elected folk).

Did it ever occur to you gullible Trumpsters that they started doing this to show that they have nothing to hide, that they pay their fair share and are charitable? Things that Americans used to care about? Now, it seems it's all about "how filthy rich you are to be able to use all the loopholes/deductions to not pay your fair share", and "gee, isn't he smart to not pay taxes".

There was a lot more transparency and disclosure with Clinton. Seems conflict of interest and corruption is irrelevant to Trump voters.

3 million more voters voted for Clinton and even more voted against Trump when you count the third party candidates. I would wager most of those voters do care about his tax returns and since they represent the plurality of voters they should be heard. He owes it to the majority of the American public for whom this is not an irrelevant subject.


No, he does not. He calculated that he had a shot without disclosing the returns, and he was correct.


Speaks very poorly of the PEOTUS that he has to hide his finances from the American public. Until he releases his taxes we have to assume he is a crook who doesn't want us to know what corrupt actions he's been up to.

And yet, what we already know about Trump borders on treason and will violate the Constitution on day one.

+1 And to add, Trump was insistent on Romney releasing his returns, and Romney, too was a businessman. To me, it's not just about the returns, but his hypocrisy and thinking that he doesn't have to do what others have done before him, even though he himself called on Romney to release them.

But then again, this isn't the only thing he is hypocritical about. Sadly, Trumpsters don't seem to care about his many hypocrisies. He's insulting his supporters and don't they don't even realize it. Big dummies.

Of course he won't release them because he is massively in debt and owes that money to the Russians and other foreigners. Nobody would vote for the great businessman when they realized what a failure he is.
