We may not be allowed to adopt (Pence has said he is completely against gay couples adopting). Insurance may not cover any kind of IVF.
Women still won't make as much money as men.
Awesome! Hope all that comes true.

shut the fuck up, hillary won the popular vote!

He's correctly predicted that the S.Ct. will be highly unlikely to overturn Roe or the precedents on marriage equality.
Calm down folks.

Did he ever say he wanted to ban all abortion? I know he is against late term abortion as are most people.

None of your rights will be taken away. NONE.
Calm down. The world is not burning, despite what the liberal media have predicted.

You can all move to states that you agree with or you can elect state representatives to decide the issue. Will it become more difficult in some states? possibly but not as much as you think.
This the correct answer. Whether or not abortion is legal will be decided by the states. This is the situation as it existed before Roe v. Wade, consistent, in the view of many, with the Tenth Amendment. There are those who oppose Roe v.Wade not because it made abortion legal, but because it required all the states to make it legal, taking away the states' right to determine this issue for themselves. I personally believe that this decision began a huge rift in the country between those who believe strongly in states rights and those who believe strongly in a federal overlay on those rights through living interpretation of the Constitution.
If you live in Maryland, Virginia, or DC nothing happens to the right to abortion because of an overturning of Roe v. Wade. If anything, it could lead to even further liberalization in those states. For example, without Roe v. Wade, SCOTUS imposed constraints on third term abortions could be removed in those states.

Trump stated women should be punished for getting abortions.
Birth control may not be covered under insurance, it depends on his new healthcare plan (if he even has one).
It's already fairly difficult in many states to get an abortion, this certainly won't help.

I went to PP when I was unexpectedly pregnant and didn't have insurance. They weren't helpful at all, they just gave me a urine pregnancy test and said "yup, you're pregnant". I'd support them if they offered prenatal services to underprivileged women, but they don't. They couldn't even recommend a place with affordable prenatal care.
I do think insurance should be required to cover BC. I have a feeling they would stop covering it for financial reasons, not because they are morally opposed.
