White lady with black girls whose parents didn't consent and who repeatedly complained about their children's images being used and she ignored them.
Maybe she did consent. There is usually some form to sign when registering for school saying your child's photo might be taken and used. Maybe it was a school event, the school then ok'ed the use of the photo.

As has been stated over and over again, there was no such consent, no such approval, she was not authorized to take those photos much less disseminate them, and when the parents tried contacting her/her campaign about the photos, she blocked them.
+1. Any generic release for school use covers school use only not political campaigns. She did not have permission period. She is a white woman running in a majority black city, she needed photos of herself with black kids to broaden her appeal. She stole those girls images without consent. And she portrayed herself as "helping" them in some way which she resolutely was not doing.

I did NOT vote for Carter but seems
to me parents (me too) need to do more volunteering on election
day, Carter probably got a lot of Millenial votes, without trying much.
