Yes, of course men find 30+ women attractive. It becomes more about the individual than the age after your 20s. Most women in their teens and early 20s are attractive because of their youth. After 30, if you are attractive, in shape with a good personality, you will always be attractive.

I strenuously argue that women are past their peak at 30. For most women I know, 30-39 IS peak. You lose baby fat, figure out your sense of style, generally become more confident, have better eating/sleeping/drinking habits. It all comes together in the 30s.
