Mine say it a lot. I gave up on dang it, but I am still fighting the good fight on potty words outside of the bathroom. They can say poop butt etc as much as they want in a bathroom, otherwise those words are off limits.

To the anti-dang folks out there, what exclamations do your kids use when angry and frustrated?


My kids don't become angry and frustrated. I speak to them and they respond, "Yes Mommy Dearest."

It's the only appropriate response for a 2nd grader.


I'm one of the "not appropriate" PP's. My girls say "ughhhhh!!!" Or something like that.
