You are considered a baby boomer. It's more about how you relate to the boomers, taste in music is a big indicator.
I think siblings and family dynamics play a big role in how you feel, rather than the textbook definition. I'm solidly GenX, born in 1972, but friends with slightly older siblings and younger parents (I was the oldest child of older parents) always seem more culturally connected.

I was born in 1984 , and by most definitions I have seen that makes me a millennia and all of what was mentioned was part of my childhood.
