This is what Amazon locker is for. Pick it up there. There are many people on the us who don't live in gated communities. No, Amazon doesn't need to change their box for you.

That isn't what they said. But hey, read stuff into it, sure. Make assumptions.

DC resident here; it is a common activity in my urban area and I have no choice but to accept that this occurs.

Just like you have to accept that there are more frequent, serious motor vehicle accidents in your suburb than there are in my 20 mph neighborhood.

Bang bang shrimp? Yes please.

You so urban!

With your pathetic block after block of CVS, Starbucks, chain stores, yuppie restaurants and yuppie bars.

So Amazon and Zappos should redesign all of their boxes that get shipped all over the country and lose out on that advertising opportunity for the small percentage of people that:

can't ship to their office + live in a city with higher crime rates+ can't figure out how to use Amazon Locker or a PO Box+ still want to order online to have something delivered to their higher theft crime area home rather than just go to a store and buy it.

Classic D.C. egocentrism

I dated a guy that like to steal. He was an ass, but his reasoning: He felt he was like Robin Hood. He felt like the world owed him something. He felt like the rich could afford it. He thought life wasn't fair.

It's such a disgusting stream of thought, but I've heard it from others as well. It's seems to be a theme recently that everyone thinks the world owes them something and that it should be free.

Not funny at all. I hope the next thing you order online gets stolen from your porch.

I have had boxes stolen. At Christmas time, gifts I ordered for my nephews were stolen off my porch. Guess what? It was annoying but it didn't ruin my life or my sense of humor.

Also, I'm not sending this image to the person who just had something stolen. I'm posting it on a DCUM forum where someone asked why Amazon puts their name so big on packages. That doesn't mean I'm glad someone had their package stolen. You people who can't laugh about anything, who take every serious, who read malice into everything anyone does, ya'll are crazy.

1. Pondering whether or not Amazon should not put their logo so obviously on packages doesn't mean you are blaming Amazon for the theft.
2. Suggesting that people to find safer alternatives for their shipments doesn't mean you are blaming them for the theft.
3. Posting a funny picture on an anonymous forum discussing logos on boxes doesn't mean I'm glad people have had their packages stolen.

You all really, really need to chill. Stop seeing stuff in such black and white terms.

YOU are in denial.

YOU are almost as ridiculous as the girl in this video who is apologizing to the thieves who stole all her shit that she left unattended in her building's loading dock

I would love to forward your comment to this homeowner to see if they would find the same humor in it as you

NP says "some little humor won't kill you."

+1

Maybe uptight PP should order a stick extractor from Amazon. Next day, preferable. Too late for same day now, right?

Seriously. I posted that photo. I've had a few packages stolen but still have som humor on me!

Don't bother justifying your Box Family. People are hostile on this thread.
