I fail to see how a pickup is any less nice than an SUV or a Hummer? Why should someone get to choose what kind of car someone owns. These are not commercial vehicles (obviously those are outlawed by HOA rules).

They are covenants (contracts) that run with the land. When you buy the property, you agree to abide by the HOA rules.

My main issue with the wagon wheels (they're all over Pennsylvania where my inlaws live) is that it makes lawn mowing messy. You need to weed eat around it constantly.
