I think your post was kind of unnecessary. Women have all kinds of requirents when it comes to relationships. Height, background, never married, no kids....etc. The price and/or size of the ring may matter to some women.

And I think you missed the point. The OP never said the friend "arrived" per se. Just that she's doing well enough by herself. Not that she's all that like you’re making this out to be.

But by a 13 year old girl, who has heard that guys spend 2 months salary on a diamond, and therefore wonders if mean a guy who makes1 million/ year should pay $150k.
