And is your DD on the small side by any chance? What age group is this? Like it was said previously they take the big girls first...
I haven't found this to be the case at all.... some of the blue (top) team girls were taken when they were among the smallest kids and several new additions have been small as well.

I think the default is to keep most of last year's players...

I know of 3 kids that got on that way as well.
Contact DCYFC. They are looking to add a few girl to their u10. It's a really good team.
