Classic, gorgeous, and very few children being named this right now.
But I like Emmeline Rose... but you can see I like classic sounding names!
Rose Emmeline is ok, too, I just think the name blurs into Rozemmeline when you do Rose first.
Helen Rose might sound good, too?

If you're going to go with your first choice, heavily consider spelling it Emmeline. So much prettier and less made up looking. Also, have you considered Anelise, Evelyn, Adeline, or Amelia?
