Anonymous wrote:Yep! What's weird is I am totally grossed out by raw egg in general, I don't like sunny side up eggs unless they're well done, won't drink pisco sour, nearly gag at the thought of raw eggs in carnation instant breakfast. But I always lick the beater and let my 3yo do the same!

Anonymous wrote:Yeah, I totally do. Only with grocery store eggs though, not the yard chicken eggs we get from a friend. Not sure how much difference there is in the risk, but I feel better about it with grocery store eggs.

Anonymous wrote:Never. Salmonella is in most eggs - even pasture raised organic ones! In an ER doctor and have seen a ton of salmonella diarrhea and just enough cases of salmonella blood infections and complications to freak me out about letting my kids do this....
