I wouldn't swear to it, but it does not look like we pay any fees. If we do, they are really well hidden and did not pop up when I set up a recurring deposit (I certainly wouldn't have done recurring if it had told me there was a fee). And looking at the balance, it doesn't look like any fees have been deducted (the way the screen works, I can't see the balance on the same screen as deposits and purchases, but the math seems to track no deductions). That makes the DCPS thing doubly crazy.
