According to DOJ statistics, MPD has the highest number of police officers per capita in the US with more than 60 officers for each 10,000 residents. Baltimore comes next with 42 per 10,000 residents. The national average is 17 per 10,000 residents. Draw your own conclusions.

Why don't you go ahead and enlighten us with what she has managed to accomplish aside from committing to throw public funds at a billionaire so that he can have a new soccer stadium to be used 10 times a year and gutting the deal to develop the Franklin School?
