I'm not sure how I would celebrate. When we made the last of an $18,000 medical bill, we just went out for dessert and coffee. But it felt great!

No doubt it's an emotional thing. Doesn't have to be rational. For me, it was a big fat deal because it allowed me to contrast my current situation with my childhood, when my parents didn't have enough money to send me on school field trips.
