She could stand to gain 20 pounds but her face is perfect. Would look even better with a little more padding but the bone structure is flaw free.
Keira has very angular features, and a boy or a man could have the same features and be symmetrical. Most beautiful women have round and soft features, and Keira does not.
No, she has a very feminine, delicates face actually, with rather large cheeks given her tiny body. If she gained 20 pounds, I can guarantee you a lot of it would go to her cheeks and she would have even more of a baby face.
You can already see, with her pregnancy, even though she hasn't gained too much weight yet here face and cheeks are quite round:
She has almond shaped eyes and huge lips, not to mention a small nose and high cheekbones. Feminine ideal.
She's quite average. Very weird how you think she's a great beauty. Cute/attractive definitely but not at all beautiful.

Bi woman here, and it's 50/50 for me. I have to say, I'm still losing weight from having my baby and I never realized what an asset being fit is. I have a pretty face, but without the body...it's just not the same.

I'm pretty hot (call me an ass if you want), and my hubby is pretty average. We produced some gorgeous kids. There's this weird phenomena that exists, for some reason two very attractive people seem to produce unattractive kids (or strange looking kids), but you take one hottie and one average guy and you have really hot children. They have some unique features you can't replicate otherwise -- makes them strikingly unique and beautiful. And yes I'm generalizing, there are no absolutes.
Case in point: Angelina Jolie's parents (John Voight's her dad, her mom is hot), Ryan Reynolds parents (google them).... I could go on...
This is so true! Two gorgeous people have fugly kids. Have you seen the Bruce Willis/Demi Moore kids. Hideous.
