OP, drop him NOW, and find a grown man without the mommy issues.
As others have said, you will find yourself locked in a draining situation. I've been through many years of dealing with a man child. If they're not leaning on Mommy, they're going to lean on you. They're not equal partners, but another child.
I found myself dealing with a MIL who thinks she always knows best for everyone, and ruthlessly manipulates to get whatever she wants. She guilts and pressures her weak-baby son, who ended up doing a lot of terrible things to me, in his weakness and immature selfishness.
You don't want to have to deal with that kind of thing.
