It was really Dov's vision. Yes, he's most likely ADHD, but I think without his drive, the program won't survive.
He openly told me he was. I think that wasn't the drive and part the empathy. It was not the best run program but it served a necessary purpose and to cut it, hurts many. I would assume it was a money issue.
