Wow, you all are tough. I eat a lot of veggies because I really enjoy them. One of my kids naturally really enjoys them, too (yay!). My husband is picky by comparison and my other kid is so picky that it's enough to make me pull my hair out.
My husband eats enough variety that it's generally not an issue. I wish he liked cauliflower, brussels sprouts, spinach, squash, etc but I know that he never will. My picky kid I just had to work with. I found that he prefers his veggies raw so we started off by having him try a broccoli floret - just one floret, each day for a few days and then we gradually added more until he was eating a full serving. He seems to mostly prefer crisp greens which is pretty lucky as those tend to be fairly nutritious. I've seen him put veggies on his plate at some potluck functions so I think (hope) he'll continue to eat them when he's an adult.
