Really? That is a huge shocker to me, I always though of Colby as being a safety school for an average student.
Things have changed since 1975.

Don't know about Colgate and Kenyon but Colby received a 47 percent increase in applications for the class of 2019 over 2018.

Oh, you're right. That kind of rah, rah would be totally out of the question for me. But close to 75% of guys at Colgate are in frats. That's a significant Greek presence irrespective of school size. Frats aren't allowed at Colby. It means that the vibe is different. It might not matter at all to some, but to others it's a deal breaker. And it's an important difference between the two colleges.

Yes. I am PP. That is what I said. I added that Greek life is a big feature at Colgate. And I think most people use the rankings. They are a useful data point.
