You make your own cottage cheese? That's impressive!

This is not a guilty pleasure. This is a humble brag.

Costco had these containers of macadamia nuts covered in caramel and chocolate. I bought one last year and managed to make the container last about 3 months (it helps that I'm the only person in my family who likes nuts). Went back for more, and can't find them anymore! I look every time I go to Costco, and no luck. If I do find them again, I'm buying 6 canisters.

Where? I love peppermint ice dream and it can be hard to find.

Hey, at least they are real food. Potatoes, oil, salt. Not so bad comparatively....

Thank Goodness I can only get it from November to January.

cheetos! There isn't an element of food product in them, but they are amazing. My in-laws brought them over last visit, and I was blown away with how great they are - and how I should never eat them.

This reminds me I had an almond-something pretzel from Auntie Anne's last week. It was so amazing! Crunchy, sweet, buttery. I want more.

It's really easy: get regular milk---not UHT pasteurised---and junket rennet. There are directions on the package, but using their proportions, I heat the milk to warm and stir in a bit (1/4cup?) of fage yogurt. Let sit warm for a bit, then add the rennet and stir. When it's solid, cut it in cubes in the pot and put the pot on gentle heat. The whey will come out and then you put it in a sieve with cheesecloth or coffee filters to drip dryer. So yummy with a bit of cream! You will never buy it again!
