I find that usually it is the "handsome" husband who is looking at other women, rather than other women having designs on the "handsome" men.

Once a person is married, they can only be a good prospect for a no-strings attached affair. It is not as if the "handsome" man will leave his wife to marry someone else.

I find insecure wives of handsome men most tiring. No one wants your DH to father their children. Chill!

I'm married to the 'eye candy' of our elementary school. The shit people say and even worse the shit people tell me they say when I'm not around.

His hair is better than the rest of him, personality included. Don't worry too much. He's too pretty for most of us. Or haven't you noticed??!!

I am the 'eye candy' poster and that is my DH's body at 42. He has a very handsome face too--better than that guy's.

I have always been very hot myself---but I will say when women are in their 40s, 50s, 60s--even if they are beautiful it's not like men that retain that sex appeal to much older ages. I have creeping self-esteem issues about aging that were never there in my youth when I went toe-to-toe with him.

I agree with the 'tiresome' post. We've been married for 17 years now. Yes- I know he's hot. There are so many bored housewives married to very unattractive men at our school--that do wear those footie shoes...so depending on my mood--I'm either proud, find it funny, or sometimes suspicious when it is coming from a whorish mom. I generally just brush it off.

It is weird to be told that your husband is the talk of the entire PTA. It's also weird to always be told by people that we are the 'perfect swininging couple' because usually one partner is not attractive.

You are oddly competitive with your husband. I'd love to see a head to toe picture of you. I can picture it now!

I am always amazed at some of the comments women make. You label others "whorish" and call all them "bored housewives married to very unattractive men." (I don't understand the "footie" comment.) Yet you also call yourself hot.

I wonder if you're the issue. I bet these "whorish or bored housewives" are doing it just to get back at you - knowing exactly what your insecure spots are.

Quite honestly, I'm embarrassed by women like you. You make the rest of us "bored housewives married to very unattractive men" look really bad. I'll take the "footie shoes" over your hot looks any old day.

I have also had girls in the past befriend me...and then get drunk and when I go to the bathroom tell my man 'you could do so much better than her--you should be with me. and hit on him ruthlessly'. Once that happens--out of the picture to that 'friend'.

I think it is weird to say that OP. Think it, fine. But say it? Maybe he's a player! Maybe women hit on him all the time.

Exactly. The fact that she said indicates surprise, which is kind of rude.
