Op pretty much called the neighbor's house worthless. How much do you think Op would pay for the neighbor's worthless "tear down". It sure sounds as though the Op wants something for nothing.

I agree. S/he was already in a snit after the first several posts, saying s/he wouldn't post again if s/he didn't get "serious answers." Well, s/he got some, but not the kind s/he wanted!

What a greedy, shady, cockamamie idea. I would love to know who s/he is, and who the neighbors are too. I hope they don't have Alzheimer's or anything that help OP con them into this flimflam. OP sounds very interested in making this happen.

What makes their property better?

What makes your current house worse than what you would build?


Also, if they don't have the $$ to redo their current home, what makes you think they have the $$ or inclination to buy yours?
