Also, the 3rd time fire is indeed sketchy, whether it be by neighbors or whomever.

No it's not. Anyone with school aged kids, looking to buy in that area knows the schools are FFX county. It is completely accurate to say Haycock and Longfellow are highly rated Falls Church schools

The house is right across the street from Haycock ES and a couple of blocks from Longfellow MS. Both are in Falls Church and anyone looking at the house would know the school assignments.

Insofar as the video was made right after the last fire, over two years old, it's hard to see how it could provide any fresh information to investigators now. Is there even an ongoing inquiry at this point?

In any event, I watched it and the neighbors seemed more worried about the safety implications of the repeated fires at the same location than the size of the big house. I disagree with your attempt to suggest otherwise.

I think PP was referring to the blatant animosity by the neighbors about the first (if not, one of the first) new builds. New builds do not sit well with people who are in the old houses. One reason is jealousy.

That area (West Falls Church/22043) is full of new builds. Some preceded "Gigantor" and others followed. The fires at the one site haven't kept people from building elsewhere in the neighborhood and they obviously haven't dissuaded one of the area's larger builders from building at the same site.

So what? Just because you won't admit there is animosity, does not mean animosity does not exist between old and new houses.

I'm more than happy to acknowledge people like you have a lot of animosity and biases. Others are usually nicer to each other.

Correct. They are usually nicer about other people having more than they do.

Doubtful. I have worked in this area's juvenile system, and that is not a likely theory. Sometimes neighbors like to believe/relay that youths commit crimes, so as to attempt to not detract from the "desirability" (not really) of an area.
