the dartmouth kitchen was gorgeous, but there was barely room to walk around downstairs. i saw it went under contract. i'm curious to see how much it ended up going for. and agreed that queen annes is WAY overpriced, with horrible photos to boot.

We are under contract in 20910 and looked at three of the houses on this thread.
Dartmouth was gorgeous, especially that kitchen, but no room for kids to play inside.
Black Oak was a nice house, too, but the way the split is would probably result in me breaking my neck in the middle of the night (there's a step up from the landing for each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms -- so to get from one to the other, you step down, then step up).
I agree that the Queen Annes house is overpriced.
Love the colonial on Mississippi!
