Yes. Sad and ironic. The fire spread very quickly on the porch and first floor because the owner was a hoarder and a lot of combustible material.

I like the house on Holt. However it is basically across the street from the fire station so that might be an issue for some.


It's across from the fire station and it still burned down?

I think it's a bargain. All new stuff. Good location. I'd want to check out the quality of the renovation though, just to be sure.
