Wash out and my hair is so much healthier. pantene makes a Keratin repair shampoo, conditioner and leave in which is also amazing (I never see a difference with hair care products so if I notice a difference, it's probably huge).
I also do oil pulling. A little coconut ooil (or sesame oil) on a spoon and swish it around your mouth for up to 20 minutes. I can only last 5-8 minutes but hope to work my way up to 20.
Teeth are so much cleaner. They don't feel icky in the morning either.
Do not spit coconut oil down sink or you will ruin plumbing. Must spit in the trash.
Oh I have read about this and want to try. I heard it heals cavities? Does it whiten? How long have you been pulling? Once a day?

It doesn't do anything other than fill your mouth with oil

Never heard about magnesium supplements for sleeping- I'll have to look into this as I can't seem to get a good night's sleep anymore.

Anonymous wrote:I hate home parties/mary kay/direct sales. I think they are pretty trashy and overpriced. BUT Rogan and Fields is the only skincare system that has worked on my adult acne. My friend gave me her kit (was too harsh on her skin) and within 2 weeks I had completely different skin. When it was time to actually buy it I spent the 200 dollars like it was pocket change...and it totally isn't for me but it was that dramatic of a change in my skin that I didn't mind.
