agree that a dry basement check is critical (I'm allergic to mold and was able to eliminate several houses in the neighborhood within a minute of getting in the basement and smelling mold/mildew type odors) ...
I think the price is way high. Small bedrooms, small lot, no AC (that I see), etc.
IMO it's at least $100k too high ...
p.s., and street parking only, not even a driveway... deduct another $25k at least ... price is way high IMO.
