i don't know what part of the country you were in this past summer but it was effin sweltering here. i remember at least 2 weeks out of summer there were record high temps nearly the entire week.
Yeah, I remember that, too. Mid-July when my kids were both in outdoor camps!

Not dumb, but in denial. If they make jokes about Al Gore they think the problem will go away. Global warming, if you truly understand is, is extremely scary. It could, literally, mean the end of human kind.

Time to tell our representatives to get serious about fixing global warming, which is more like "stopping further damage" rather than "fixing" anything at this point.
