Simmons College is" Simmons Mattress", Pine Manor is" Pine Mattress", Scripps - "Scrippers", and don't forget Wellesley women going out for the night on the "_uck truck". Yes these highly educated wealthy good old boys, North or South love to demean others.

That's because no one aspires to be like the people of your country.
Looks like the insular Southern "bros" have discovered this thread!

Have cousins that fall into this group. I have been forced to spend time with them. I would never be friends with them. Would never speak to them if they weren't family. They are beneath me It is too hard to dumb things down for them.

They realize that times have changed and they no longer have a golden ticket provided at birth. They may very well see you as a threat. I know this sounds a little over the top, but I've seen this first-hand. Underneath the retro, country-club exterior, they're back-stabbers par excellence.

None of the guys showed any interest in me, even though I was voted to homecoming court and best looking my senior year. It didn't matter how attractive they thought I was, since I was Black I wasn't fit for dating.
Bro-y, entitled, conservative, and insular pretty much sums them up.
They often pulled strange, homoerotic stunts. Stuff like rubbing bengay on their balls, or changing into matching sweats and wrestling on the yard during lunch.
They are genteel, and very, very sweet and polite to women that they consider their equals. At my school, the boys were always respectful and protective of us. They treated public school girls horribly - drunken date rapes.

It doesn't bother me how much money they have. ( we would all like to live comfortable lives). What bothers me is the pervasive attitude that is stick together, treat others like crap (especially women), get drunk, delay grownup responsibility for as long as possible(except for the fat paycheck for themselves), and everyone else is just a private joke to be ridiculed behind their backs. It is rich boy frat bro syndrome.
