Michonne told Andrea that she knew her first two pets in real life. I do think they are the lover and his friend.
I don't feel any sexual chemistry on this show, between any of them. I didn't even feel it with the Lori/Shane/Rick triangle. Or Andrea and the Gov'r. Or Glenn and Maggie, actually, The Gov'r and Glenn turn me off. Ick.
Plenty of other shows get good sexy chemistry going but this one does not IMHO. I like the adventure of it, the edge-of-your seat of it, the angst.

Also didn't realize those first two zombie repellents she had were her lover and his friend.
One thing I don't understand is how much time has elapsed here? A couple of seasons, certainly. How do these zombies keep subsisting without a food source?
I'm not sure... Remember how she told Andrea they weren't human when they were alive?
I'm not sure the flashback really meant they were her first pets.
In the actual comic series, the two zombie pets were here lover and his friend, but when they were alive, they were abusive toward her. I think that's what she was alluding to when she says they weren't human when they were alive.
I don't read the comics, but I know the show isn't true to the comics. They seemed like a good couple in the flashback - her lover agreed with on art and stood up to his friend. But... That's all of a 3 minute flashback.

I recently saw him on an old episode of "Charmed." I love snow days.
No!! Was he a warlock?

I would actually like to see a Rick/Michonne relationship. Lori put so much pressure on Rick to "take care" of everything and sort of flaunted in his face that Shane was tougher. Michonne is the opposite of Lori. She is independent and strong, and perhaps she was the one in her past relationship that rose up to the challenge.
I think michonne and rick would be really good for each other.
Me too. She gets Carl, and Rick needs that.
