this is another of the standard responses of older women when confronted with a man dating a younger woman. shame and lies.
younger women often times enjoy the company of an older wiser man simply for the company.
in my dating, i consistently date women 10-15 years younger than I am (late 30's) and I know the game well enough not to spend much money at all.
a 37 year old man who is established, confident, mature, sexy and in great shape is appealing to just about all demographics of women.
i've dated this range of women for years and have never ever had anyone even try to take advantage of me
in fact, its the women who have "fun" in their 20's who seek out the provider types when they finally reach their 30's and are "ready to settle down."
all code for done fucking studs and ready for a bank account
37 might be appealing, say 43 is not. Your time is running out.
There is a difference between and older man and an old man. You do know what you won't be 37 forever, right?
the difference between "old" and "older" is often up to the person. there are plenty of guys at 35 who are just old and worthless.
a stylish in shape guy at 40 or 42 or whatever will still have appeal to women 10-15 years younger than him. in fact, that trend always continues. 50 and 35? that seems reasonable to me.
its all about how you take care of yourself and how you present yourself.
dockers, blue shirt, and frumpy? doesn't even matter what your age.
strong, fit, and wearing custom suits? does age even matter then?
Nope. 50 and 35 is not reasonable. It can happen, sure, but you will have to lower your standards substantially. In fact you are lowering them already (compared to what you could have gotten) in order to date those 20 year olds, just not to the same extent.
actually that hasn't been my experience. as i have gotten older my value as gotten higher and thus the quality of women i've attracted has been higher as well. better looking, better pedigree, nicer, more fun - all of it.
guys in their 20's are selling (their commitment and companionship) low. i think most men hit their stride and reach full value sometime mid to late 30's.
opposite for women
it's not the opposite, there is about 5 years lag, as already explained. women peak at 25-30, men peak 30-35. you are alreaady going downhill.

Sorry, you're not very articulate. Are they using you for your bank account or because they like your company? You say they're seeking out the provider type, but yet claim they're not taking advantage of you.
They certainly aren't dating you for your writing skills.
sorry you could't read through your anger.
girls in their 20's = fun times and company
women in their mid 30's and beyond = seeking provider
not the other way around
clear enough?
by your own logic, by the time you hit your forties, those 10-15 years younger women will be married or looking to be so. so you, a rapidly aging bachelor with a stigma of failure (as seen from marriage bound women) will be competing with 20 and 30 year olds for fun, careless 20 something year olds that are not yet looking to get married. lets just say, it's a game you are not going to win.
hardly. a) 40-15= 25. b) i've already cashed out my winnings - divorced and have kids. c) ask 20 something girls what they think about 20 something "men" these days...its not favorable. the ongoing feminization of the american male plus the poor economy has made it pretty hard for those sad boys to start acting like men.

I've just lived in DC for a long time and have seen the ridiculousness of the younger, beautiful, designer everything, botoxed, etc. wife and the balding older husband working his as off to pay for everything and still schlepping around toddlers at 50.
