I always suck at gravy. It's my Achilles heel. It's usually just too thick and gelatinous and vaguely greasy. I am an excellent cook otherwise but man, fuck gravy.

I think I just don't like pie. We had 8 pies and I didn't really like any of them (didn't even bother with the gluten free pies).
Pie has a lot of crust and extra calories for modern palate.
