I find it offensive when someone is an A hole in traffic and then I see their religious stickers on the back of their car.

I would find it offensive if someone was driving a Hummer with an eco-type sticker on it.

This thread is why I don't put any bumper stickers on my car. People have enough reasons to be horrible in traffic, you don't need to give them another reason. And hate just seems to run so high these days.... yes PP, much higher than in Bush's terms.

My favorite was seeing a Clean Air type liberal bumper sticker and a Conserve Gas liberal bumper sticker...on a luxury SUV.

Oops...it was a luxury minivan.

I don't know what's so offensive about this. It just tells you the driver is from Kenya and warns you to stay out of his way.

Can someone explain this to me? I didn't grow up in this country.

I think it means if the person had known we'd have a black president one day, they would rather blacks not have been brought here as slaves in the first place.

Of course, it makes no sense because Obama's ancestors weren't brought here as slaves, but whatever.

Of course, everything has to be about The Great Leader!

This saying has been around for a long time. I first heard it about 25 years ago. It's humorous because those of us who have had to put up with people who have chips on their shoulders, and want everything handed to them because of "reparations," can relate.

There is nothing humorous about it. My god. You are awful.

Anonymous wrote:Not a bumper sticker, but I find seeing a cross hanging on the rear view mirror of an expensive or luxury vehicle, incredibly offensive and ironic.

Huh -- Christians can only drive beaters?
That is one of the dumbest things I have ever read!

11:29 here. My bad, I underestimated the extent of the racist nastiness.

Oh, so it's humorous because it is disrespectful to all black people, and not just Obama? Oh, the horrors you must have had to put up with!

And I agree, OP, it's beyond the pale, no pun intended.

I also think this is beyond the pale, but I don't agree that it has to do with Obama. I think it has more to do with African-Americans in general. Sort of "Well, if I knew all these n*ggers would be so much trouble now, I wouldn't have brought them here in the first place." Awful.

Coexist stickers are self-congratulatory and annoying. There are WAY too many in this area and I roll my eyes whenever I see them.

You can't be a Christian if you have money? Huh? It's the LOVE of money that's the root of all evil, not the money itself.

This was in Charlottesville. Still offensive, but fueled by young idealism. No perspective for the sacrifices of those who serve.

Except, it's also a pretty accurate depiction of what armies do. So, there is that.
