The whole "adoption" was a scam, the mother kept her plans from the dad, the attorneys gave false info on the dad to the Indian Tribe people so they could not contest, then they waited 4 months to serve the dad with the papers days before he was being deployed. The Capobianco's then fought the dad for 2 years hoping that the "bond" they had with the child would strengthen their case. They are kidnapper's pretty much. Along with their corrupt attorney's and bribed with $$ birth mom.

I think this is more about adoption law black holes. The child cannot be placed in adoption without fathers consent in Oklahoma, but in South Carolina the consent is not needed

there is a court case tomorrow. Hope the dad gets to keep his kid.

The adoptive parents (who never actually adopted the child), seem to just want to win at this point. They are spoiled, selfish brats. They do not give a damn about this kid. If they did they would have returned her when the father contested the adoption when kid was 4 months old. They caused any and all heartache and trauma that this kid has and will suffer.
