Five pages and no one has mentioned that oft repeated five letter word. What reason would there be to post such an inflammatory statement other than to watch the fire ensue? Of course it's possible that OP is simply ignorant but given the present setting, I suspect otherwise. Did make me think of what I like to call DCUM low points such the vilification of Marina Krim for not being able to predict the future and the indictment of the mom whose child fell into the dog pit at the zoo. I'm not Jewish and I'm not a lawyer. In fact, I'm Muslim and a homemaker, and I still know OP to be a dimwitted holocaust apologist. I've had the chance to visit a couple of concentration camps when we were in Poland, and it's unbelievably devastating. I don't understand how someone could be all "let bygones be bygones" when it comes to someone responsible for one of humanities biggest crimes in modern human history.

Not that I'm suggesting this, but I wonder how OP would feel if a 14 year old or 94 year old were allowed to execute this guy, with no trial, but because that 14/94 year old wanted to do so, or was just following orders. Would they be cool with that?

The point about timing has already been made byseveral posters, but since people have reapeated the 14 yea old thing several times since, let me restate the timeline:
1933, the guy is 14, Hitler becomes chancellor,
1939, the guy is 20, Germany invades Poland, starting the War,
1941, the guy is 22, US enters War,
1944, the guy is 25, Warsaw uprising in which the unit he commanded brutally repressed the Polish resistance,
1949, the guy is 30, comes to US, and lies, attesting that he never served in the army.

Hitler's accession to power is not the crime he is accused of, so please forget the "14 years old" stuff.

Actually, this isn't really about the Holocaust, OP. The man lied on his immigration application. That's why he's being deported.
