The PH house is character-free and bland, and made over to appeal to the maximum number of buyers.
The best thing would be to monitor both and compare days on the market when both sell.

The TP house went on the market yesterday.
It's also more expensive than anything that's gone on the market in Pimmit Hills.

Yeah, because if I could afford a new house, I would just be PRETENDING I couldn't. Because that is NOT transparent. RIIIIIIGHT. Why make your situation so obvious? When there is no sense to be had, there is no sense to be had.....
If I could afford a big new house, I would. And I wouldn't be trying to attack those who have been successful in their own lives. Everyone I know with a new house has no mortgage, and has made great decisions in their lives. That is part of why they are happy. Try it.
Now you just sound stupid. Not everyone likes new construction or the step ford neighborhoods it is often found in. Lots of people pay 800k and more for old Victorians. They could afford 500k cookie cutter houses, but they don't like them.
Newsflash: everyone is not you, people have different tastes.

Anonymous wrote:Why the attacks on Tysons? Everyone should work on the Hill? Didn't your mother tell you how boring life would be if everything stayed the same and no one progressed forward? Should we all live in old, small, smelly houses to make PP happy? Yikes.
