Same here. The only time I wear underwear to bed is occasionally when I have my period and worry about slight leaks.
I don't know why, but I love to sleep in soft cotton underwear, very soothing.

I also sleep in a t-shirt and underwear. Never occured to me that if I put pj bottoms on, the underwear could/should come off. Anyway, I'm not wearing PJ bottoms.
DS gets fresh underwear at night, does not change in the morning and never, ever has dribbles. His control is better than mine. But he hasn't had two kids. I get fresh underwear every morning/after shower. Or as needed.
+1. I sleep in underwear & a tshirt. DH sleeps in underwear. Unless it's FREEZING. Then we wear pajamas... with underwear underneath. UNDER what we're WEARing.
DD is a hot sleeper & usually just wears underwear to bed. She gets new underwear when she bathes, but she doesn't get a bath every night. I suppose the days she bathes she DOES get fresh ones in the morning.
