Bs lady. You were not joking and were being an asshole and got called out.
Anonymous wrote:A year ago, I ordered a pair of royal tan Tory Burch Revas from Saks in an 8.5. They were too big so I never wore them and they have been in the box ever since. I had a lot going on and didn't return them within their exchange window, and they refuse to exchange them for another size. Ideas?

OP wants a new size, and to rid herself of the bad karma associated with these clearly toxic shoes. Godspeed, OP.
Thank you.
And by returning them to the incorrect store you deserve more bad karma OP! Good luck because you got some more bad shit coming your way for being unethical.
What is unethical about an even exchange?
Can you read? OP bought them at Saks and wants to return at NORDTROM. That's not an even exchange. I really hope you can understand now.
She wants to EXCHANGE them at Nordstrom. Which is what makes it an even EXCHANGE.
"I had a lot going on."
Do you work, OP? Tell us more about what's been going on for you in the last year.

Yes. I also got knocked up and went through a terribly painful breakup the week the shoes arrived. I tried them on and put them in the closet to deal with later and forgot.
And I did try them on again after the baby was born, but my feet didn't end up growing at all.
I want to hear more about the break-up before I decide whether you suck or not. Was it with the baby's father? Did BabyMan dump you?
Maybe she was too big for an entire year and he finally decided to exchange her for something smaller?

Ask for the manager, be polite, take them out of the box to prove they've never been worn. If they're still sold, in stock, and in brand new condition I really don't see the problem.
Thanks. I will try this first. I could go the eBay route but im not sure I would be able to sell them for enough to get another pair in my size. Though I guess I have lived without them for a year so maybe I'd be better off getting totally different shoes, idk. I was kind of hoping someone would say they had a too-small pair and we could have some serendipitous shoe trading and all would be right with asks and the universe.
