I am sorry others are going through it, but relieved to know it isn't just me! I hope this baby comes sooner rather than later because I can't imagine more than four more weeks of this. I am truly waddling around and it is not cute.

Was the sane for me, and my wish came true. I went onto labor at 36.5 weeks. Technically ma premie but heathy and ok

I'm so glad to hear that I'm not the only one with this problem. I'm 28 weeks and have been in sever pain for a couple of weeks now. Walking, standing, getting out of bed and rolling over are like Olympic sports that I'm losing at now. I'm a hair stylist so it makes working very interesting. I've found that yoga helps a bit but not totally. Midwife suggests chiropractic help but I haven't tried yet.

This is great to hear. I am almost 30 weeks and have gone to the doctors once for the pain and was ready to go again. I have had this pain since I was 20 weeks and it only seems to get worse. It is worse when I try to roll over in bed. Thank you ladies for the information. Very helpful and can't wait for the next 10 weeks to come.

What is SPD and Pgd? I am 28 weeks and just started with very low pain and can barely lift my leg to get dressed. I am having trouble getting in and out if car and have been extremely uncomfortable - even with light walking.

Is this normal this early on? Could it subside?

I have been having really bad pgd, excruciating really, and Tylenol won't touch the pain. My gait is thrown off so much that I also have knee pain and bad muscle spasms. Acupuncture has helped a lot.

I've taken a tylenol now and again -- and once a Tylenol PM -- to help, but I hate medicating myself...

THIS. Do not be afraid of the Tylenol PM. I had severe SPD and tried to avoid medicating myself as well. Doctor finally told me to suck it up and take the Tylenol PM and it made a world of difference -- not so much for the pain itself, but for the ability to actually get some decent sleep. I was a martyr -- don't be me!

Some of you are lucky and don't realize it. I've had ligament issues since 16 wks, I'm 27 now ! The hospital said "it's going to get worse, but will last only one more month". WRONG ! It gets worse every week and there is nothing that can be done 8-(.... I don't know how I'm going to make it ? I really can't walk sometimes, roll over in bed, and lift my leg to put on pants. I thank GOD for my husband who helps me !!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND MYSELF AS WELL...

I'm 36 weeks today, I had preterm bleeding that put me in the hospital for couple days wich led to getting steroid shots to quickly ready my little girls lungs. Since then almost a month ago I've had contractions and unbearable vaginal pain along with my lower back. Stopping me from even walking to the bathroom. I see my doctor today and will find out what the next step is going to be.

Not sure about upper stomach. Lower yes. Also a lot of swelling which can sometimes slow down peeing.
