The cons IMO its set up like an apartment where the living space, bedrooms and kitchen are all on the same level.

I like my bedroom on a different floor.

We have a split level house! For sale. People, are just to lazy now days. All, houses have issues rather it be stairs, No garage, or only one, or two car garage. Or no basement! At all. Our house, is far from being dark and noisy. We have three nice! Size bedrooms. Three full bathrooms. Formal living room with open kitchen. Plus family room in the basement. With lots of windows through out the house. Plus bathroom and basement with bedroom. And laundry room with den. The house is not dark. Also everything! Is new! Far, from the Brady bunch! Era. I als have a whirl pool tub! Three baths, is the only way to go!
