Read back in the thread a bit. I think, and other posters seem to think, that they were built by the city as affordable housing right after the 1968 riots decimated that area.

It sold in 2013 for $600k, which seems reasonable.

FUGLY, CROWDED, SMALL AND SOLD FOR 605K??? Someone has more money than sense.

I'm trying to look past the clutter and furniture that overtakes the house, but it's hard to get an idea of space and layout.

Their realtor should have helped them with their pictures--part of earning that commission. They're clearly a young family and may not know how to present for online pics.

It should be clean-they own two vaccuums!

The house is still not sold... but went down in price almost $200k in November. Still at $799,900...
