Since when was MCPS about our children? The Gazette reports that giving teachers TWO raises will leave little money for OUR children' s needs. We have a superintendent who walks around claiming he is a social justice warrior while sending his kids to the best schools, running around with bodyguards, and pandering to the unions.
Since when did MCPS care about anything more than filling their pockets with our tax dollars?
I see Janus or one of her Parents Coalition sheep is trolling this topic. Come out come out where ever you are Janus!
News flash, but there are MANY parents dissillusioned with MCPS admin. I have no clue why you keep calling everyone Janice.

Do what you want. That's fine. But don't pretend this is all about lazy parents who won't run a concession stand as opposed to an example of the haves and have nots in the county.
And should I rent a Hyundai to drive when I might run into you or is it okay with you if I just drive the car I bought with the money I made from the job I got with the degree I earned at college where I paid my own way?
That's a clown question Bro!

Not been repaired (sanded, painted and re-coated) for more than 10 years. Multiple injuries that have not been widely publicized. Worst floor in the county. It costs $15-20k to fix it but the Churchill booster Club and administration would rather prioritize the scoreboard. I've got no problem with the scoreboard in principle but where are the priorities?
+1. I am an AAU basketball coach and I can honestly say that Churchill has the worst floor of any MCPS high school where my teams have played. Also, my own daughter suffered a non-contact patella injury when she slipped on that floor going after a loose ball.
The boosters can spend the money on whatever they want but that floor is a huge lawsuit waiting to happen.
