Don't be deliberately obtuse. In common usage, "it is not at all impossible" conveys far less certainty that "it's possible." Please acquaint yourself with the concept of nuance.

Haven't read all the posts, but I strongly disagree with a man of 71 being given a heart transplant. His life expectancy can't reasonably be more than 10 years.

I thought that the only way you could "jump the line" was if your condition worsens. They do move you up the more critical patients up the list, does it really have to be a sinister government cover-up?

It's not like standing in line at the deli. There are many factors that goes into who gets a heart, not the least of which is who's a good match. Read the link above.
