Would you be upset if she got that drunk but didn't poop on your floor? If not, you should be. It's not healthy for anyone to be friends with someone who is that out of control.
You need to tell her that you didn't appreciate that she let herself become that intoxicated and hope that she will realize that she needs to take better care of herself and do some serious thinking about her binge drinking. Be honest about the fact that you had to clean up her poop but don't make it about that only. The poop on the floor is the proof that she has hit a really low point in her life...it is really pathetic. Make sure she realizes that she needs to get a handle on her alcohol issues in general because this should be a big wake-up call.

Thank you! I hate when people use "disrespect" as a verb. It sounds very uneducated.

Do you have kids? You say you're a nanny...have your kids never shit all over themselves or something else? Have you had to clean that up? I have...Yes...it's gross, but come ON.
One time I was in the caribbean and so drunk I didn't know that I shit in my pants. My friends had to clean me up. I did not / do not remember much from that night, nor do I remember the shitting accident or cleanup.
Shit happens...get over it. Pun intended.
Maybe she's embarrassed and wants to apologize. You'll never know if you cut her from your friends.
