When you call it just says they are "experiencing a high volume of calls" and hangs up. I have emailed them 3X and no reply!! I'm reporting them to Living Social, where I got a coupon, and to my credit card company as FRAUD, so I can get my money back. Just sad I won't have Christmas cards to send out.![]()

Anonymous wrote:I am in the same boat! I placed my order 12/5 and requested 2 day shipping. Their site says 2-3 business days to process. It is now the 5th business day and my status still says printing. I am beyond frustrated especially since they are not taking any phone calls. They refer you to their email service which I have sent two emails thus far with no response. They are a terrible company and I recommend that no one use them. If they can't handle their workload this time of year they shouldn't be in business! Full of regret for going with Photoaffections.com

I called the bank and filed a claim with Merchandise & Services. When I finally do receive the cards, I was instructed to return them. If they do not refund my money within 15 days the bank will credit it back to my account. I only ordered yesterday, but at this point, I don't see any reason to to think they'll be here tomorrow or the next day, for that matter.

Anonymous wrote:I ordered my prints the 5th and it still says printing as well. I was able to talk to someone Monday who said they put my order on "urgent" status. However you cannot get them on the phone at all! That did nothing and now I likely will not get my cards. Worst experience EVER. Anyone have advice?

Anonymous wrote:Looks like I am in the same boat as all of you...purchased the Living Social deal, ordered my cards on 12/08/2013 (Invoice #805509), still showing as Printing in Process and will arrive AFTER Christmas. This is completely unacceptable as their time table states the latest my order should have shipped is 12/11/2013. I tried calling several times, was told by recording that they had a high volume of calls and was disconnected. When I emailed for the status of my order on 12/12/2013, received a reply that they are very behind with the holidays and they would ship soon. Well, since I can't get through on the phone I have emailed twice more asking to cancel my order and receive a refund, to which I have received no reply.
I can understand the holidays are busy for businesses but they certainly should have had the sense not to offer so many Living Social vouchers if they could not handle the volume. Judging by all of the recent comments, they are not even close to being able to handle the volume. Extremely disappointed and will make sure everyone I know never uses this company!
By the way, had my cards printed this weekend at CVS with same-day service, and they look fine for only a couple dollars more than the Photo Affections voucher was for. Wish I had done that in the first place!![]()
