We are surrounded by idiots. We are so screwed.

I grew up in a district that went about ~80% for Trump.

This is exactly the level of intellect of the typical person there. Not surprising at all. Not surprising they fall for the absolute dumbest tactics.

Time to burn it all down, Massie.

And what if that includes the Insurrection Act? Would you want to live in a country where that is done on a nationwide basis? And what if the GOP then shuts off all TV except Fox? I truly believe 33% of Americans would be happy with that. And guess what, the other 67% can call a national strike.

Unlikely - it's a very red district. In 2022 Massie got 65% of the vote. In 2024 he ran unopposed.

To the extent that laws still matter, this is against the law in Kentucky.

He can run for President!

Not likely, his district is hard red. It hasn’t had a dem since 2002z

+1 I'm really upset about this. He was truly representing his constituents and now they want just a Trump loyalist, who has no allegiance to anyone but himself. Hopefully Massie runs as a third party.

Let this be a wake up call. Those midterms might not be as easy as we think

He can't run as a third party - Kentucky has a sore loser law that prevents this.

The problem is that MAGA are the only people who show up to primaries.

He and MTG will likely run as a presidential team and will also likely beat the couch humper.
