Data shows us that there is exceedingly little fraud going on. But for future elections, I do think it's best practice to require identification when you vote, and perhaps have a voter card system, or establish a national ID system that's used for all transactions. A driver's license is state dependent, not all people drive, and it's not a document that is unique to US citizens. All countries in the developed world have stricter voting laws than the USA.
We really should be thinking about this. Just after Trump leaves.

Does her sister have custody of the daughters?
How do you know your coworker doesn't own the home in Ffx Co?
You're making a lit of presumption w/o any facts. Just a lot of circumstantial evidence.

You don’t have to have a Virginia ID to vote — just a valid ID. My son is a Virginia resident, but has a DL from the state where he attends college because he drives the campus bus there, but he is a VA resident.

Well, she is now bragging that she voted in the VA elections an hour ago.
1. How do I report this?
2. Will anything actually be done?

You do not have to show ID when voting
In VA, you need to present an ID for in person voting.
That is completely false.
- a guy who voted at GWMS, post run, in gym shorts and a tanktop. No wallet, no keys, no phone.
That's interesting because I've always been asked to show ID.
Unrelated, but I was turned away years ago after showing ID. The poll worker said that my record had been purged from the system because I didn't vote in a long time.

OP here. She doesn't have a license plate on her car. I suspect she's evading traffic enforcement.

Fairfax isn't going to pull you over for no tag. That's so 90s.
But Maryland does. That's so 2026.

Correct. You can report, but maybe this person has the right to vote in VA.
