Yeah, agreed. No one is voting for a return to quiet subservience. A great 2028 litmus test for candidates is going to be how they treated this period in time and how they speak now about prosecuting and arresting the people in this administration once back in power.

This is what I meant, when I said that people want a candidate to bring back normalcy. I don’t mean establishment, I mean ending the dramatics and bringing back professionalism. I think people are over the antics.

+1 we had that "return to normalcy" in Biden and what was the point.

Clinton, Harris, and Whitmer are all weak candidates for various reasons. But not because they are women. They just didn't click. There's no candidate yet. And typical of Democrats, they seem to rely on Trump being unpopular. But that is exactly how someone like Tucker Carlson becomes president. Democrats already made that mistake and threw in the deeply unpopular, 82 year old Joe Biden, which is why have this mess. Democrats really need to focus on getting a compelling candidate, even if it's a green alien from Mars of indeterminate gender.
