So how do you decline when it is the first year of Mid Atlantic South.

Decline is leaving ECNL and then finishing below VRSC overall, losing the best team to graduation this year and the next three important age groups all finished middle to bottom of the table, below VRSC. On the bright side, it can only go up after next year and VRSC will decline. Unless VDA just takes top players…
